We experienced a smooth move in transition. The staff: Marcos, Jose, Omar, and Juan were very professional, humble & polite, and took care of our furniture by wrapping it with cloth, plastic, and tape to make sure no damage was caused. Their efficiency said a lot about them. They were on time, the speed was incredible minimizing the calculated time, very careful moving in and out through the doors and hallways, no way left any scratches, I would have screwed that out. I definitely would refer Royal Movers, LLC, and I will keep their number for my next move.

I had the most pleasant and amazing experience with royal movers, always from the start person who picked up the phone, who is very professional and pleasant to talk to, and definitely did not want to scam us. I feel like I could trust them then the day before a phone call from Carlos, I believe is the manager he was very nice and explained why we should have three men for our move to make it goes smoothly! The next day was such an amazing experience. We had three guys, their names were Kyle, Jose, and Homer! They were so nice and caring and really wanted me to see where I would like my furniture they didn’t bump any walls or do any damage they wrapped everything so nicely and placed everything exactly The way we wanted it, Even when I wanted to change some things, they were very kind of about it! They covered and protected our wood floors in our new house to make sure it wouldn’t get damaged!My overall experience was just amazing with this company and the three guys that came so down to earth the best!!!

We were very pleased with all the hard work and the timeliness of the project. Marcos and his crew did not take any time out or lunch break, and broke their backs to complete the job in a timely fashion. I was extremely impressed with the care they took to cover all the furniture, and then wrap in plastic before loading everything onto the truck. We will definitely use Royal Movers again in the future.

Royal Movers did an excellent job moving me across town! From the get-go, and thanks to a friend recommendation, I felt confident in this company. Carlos provided excellent communication, management, and follow up for my move.Alexis and his team arrived on time and were so professional and kind throughout the day. Even though it was a difficult move from my old place to a third and fourth floor townhouse, including a pit stop at a storage unit, the team finished the herculean task right on schedule. They wrapped the furniture, took care of the fragile items, and were proactive in protecting floors. The team also disassembled larger furniture for easier lifting.The estimate was accurate and the price was competitive. Plus, they included insurance of items. It was a very successful move thanks to a great crew and company.I recommend reaching out to Royal Movers if you are planning a move.

My daughter was moving to a new garden apartment on 12/23 (one day before Christmas eve) which required making 4 stops total to retrieve and load her belongings from our family home, to a storage unit, to a friends home, and finally to her new apartment. As if this were not challenging enough, her final destination encompassed navigating 3 flights of stairs to her garden style apartment. Three (3) gentlemen (unfortunately I cannot recall their names, my sincere apologies) arrived in a timely manner and upon meeting these gentlemen they were extremely pleasant when introducing themselves to my husband and I. Being from the old school, it is extremely refreshing to see young people who exude courtesy, professionalism, and a respect for being on time as mutually agreed. They were extremely respectful of and handled my daughter's belongings with the utmost of care. In speaking with and coordinating the logistics of this move with Mr. Carlos Bonilla, he is extremely professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained Royal Movers, LLC pricing methodology, which I found to be most reasonable in comparison to many other companies offering the same services. To be provided "5 Star Best in Class Service" and at a reasonable price, is almost unheard of. If my husband and I are ever in need of moving services we will not hesitate for a moment to acquire them from Royal Movers. Their professionalism, and courtesy are a true testament to their exemplary service and I highly recommend Royal Movers without reservation or hesitation to those seeking 5 Star moving services. We have moved many times including two cross country moves in the last four years. Our latest move was from Virginia to Delaware. With Royal Movers this was by far the most detailed and considerate moving experience we have ever had. We had a move to our first home - from Arlington to Ashburn and Freddy and crew (Will) were fantastic! This was the best moving experience I have had. They were so careful and safe with everything, while moving quickly. They made our lives so much easier. This was a long and tough move and they were cheerful and happy the whole time. Moving gives me so much anxiety and Royal Movers eased my nerves because they made this process so easy and seamless. Their response time was quick and they were able to make adjustments to my quote. Contacted Royal Movers on the recommendation of our realtor who has used them on multiple occasions. Spoke with Carlos, and he was most helpful and accommodating. Was able to schedule our move on short notice. The movers arrived on time and were fully equipped. The whole crew was very friendly and professional. They were diligent in their work and completed the job without incident. This was a partial move to ready our house for sale. When we make our final move, we will again use Royal Movers. We highly recommend them with hesitation nor reservation.Again used them on 10/3/23 to move some furniture around the house including a very large executive desk from the first floor to the second floor loft. In comparison, not a large move, but something that could not have done by ourselves even with a lot of help. Cannot say enough goods things about them. Everything you would hope for in movers and more, even for small moves with large, bulky, heavy things like desks, pool tables, and pianos. Again, highly recommend them.

Marcos and his team were nonstop and efficient and they moved some pretty heavy items too (Nordic track rower, large armoire). Marcos also reminded me to check and make sure there was nothing else I needed on truck before we made the cross-state move and had to move things to two locations- my place and storage in the new location. Long day but hard and smart workers. I’d highly recommend, as my boss was the one who recommended me to them too! I got price estimates from three companies and Royal was the best priced.

We ended up moving in the middle of the hurricane after a terrible work week - which meant we did very minimal organizing or prep. The team showed up on time, guided us through the process and kept things moving in the pouring rain with no complaints.They took maybe, maybe a 20 minute break between the old and new house and kept up the pace while staying friendly and courteous for a 15 hour day. Despite the atrocious weather and poor planning on our end, they completed the job in a mere one extra hour over the estimate.

After experiencing some disappointing movers in the past, I was so delighted by Royal Movers. They were on time, professional, hard working, and non-complaining (so many times other movers make you feel guilty for asking them to do all that furniture lifting and moving thing!) Also, they were willing to do some things other movers had not been able to do - namely, move a universal exercise machine and accept tip on credit card. So polite and nice. I will be calling them again for our next move.

Royal Movers were professional right from the start. They came out provided quote. That quote was actually what I paid at the end of my move. Unfortunately it rained all day of my move, but the guys worked like it was sunny outside. They protected all my items and asked questions when they were unsure about anything. If I move again… I am calling these guys up for sure. They made moving easier as horrible as moves can be with all the work and planning.

My husband and I are moving several states away and have a somewhat complicated move. I cannot say enough good things about Royal Movers! First, Carlos was very thorough when he came out to look at what we needed to do in our multi-step move. He explained to me how I could save money by packing myself and gave me suggestions for packing different items. In addition, he and his workers have been extremely thorough letting me know when they’re going to arrive and what they’re going to do when they get here. And keeping with the professionalism of his company, his workers were nothing short of excellent. This particular group of movers, led by Freddie, were super. They were efficient, careful, courteous, and really went beyond what they were supposed to do. Finally, they left everything clean and picked up.
