Gave me the best quote - I had a small amount of stuff to move and everyone else wanted to send three guys for what was a really small job (1 bedroom with no bed frame and 2 pieces of living room furniture) and a very local move (10 minutes away). Moved very efficiently. Completed the job in just over two hours. Nothing was damaged or missing and they dealt with any inconveniences efficiently and effectively. Didn’t really need to “manage” them or anything, they knew what to do and did it. Happy with the service, no regrets, would use again.

Excellent move today. Movers were very professional, responsive, and careful. The estimate was very close to the final price. It was pouring rain all day, and the movers never complained, kept all our possessions dry, and protected our carpets and floors. I will definitely use them again.

Customer Service is a priority for me and Mr. Carlos, and his team were incredibly kind, professional and honest. When I made my initial email inquiry looking for a moving company, Royal Movers responded promptly. The communication from Mr. Carlos and his team were superb. Every call and email were answered promptly. I also appreciated the value of services. The cost to move was within my budget and the details of the contract were comprehensive and fair. I also provided a cash gratuity, though not required but very well deserved because they were incredible. Mr. Carlos was transparent, answered questions and checked in prior to my move. When the movers arrived, they were on time, professional, and very efficient. The gentlemen were on point. I was in Aww! That’s how good they were. The team protected my furniture and belongings and checked in with me throughout the move to ensure I was comfortable with the process, etc. I highly, extremely and wholeheartedly recommend Royal Movers. I recently had to hire movers for the first time and was very nervous to do so, but Freddy and his team made the process hassle free.They were punctual, efficient, kind and beyond professional. Kevin & Oliver were amazing from start to finish and made the move super easy. I moved from an apartment to a house in my same neighborhood, they stayed until every piece was moved and even reassembled all furniture. They were helpful, nice, and also super affordable. Incredible job by all three movers. They were efficient at moving, communicated very well, and handled all of my items with care. All items were plastic wrapped by the crew. I needed to make 2 stops and they did a great job managing drop off and pick ups for each. I needed items put in a storage unit and they got everything in perfectly with no guidance from me. We had a tough move from the DC area to Indianapolis. Deciding on which movers to go with can be challenging. All of my interactions with Royal Movers were timely, professional, and simple! The service was fantastic and these guys made it easy. The packaging was profesionally done and all of our stuff arrived in the same condition. This is my 2nd time hiring Royal Movers for their great service. They delivered 5 star service again! Marcos and his team (3 guys total) arrived on time and it took them a little under 5 hours to move everything from one home to the next. From a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom apartment, it was a fair price of $1050. Especially given that they had to haul everything to the 3rd floor. I really appreciate how they took care of my furniture by wrapping it up, and that they disassembled and reassembled items. I highly recommend Royal Movers for your next move!

I would highly recommend Royal Movers to anyone in the DMV needing moving services! I recently moved from NW DC to Arlington and was totally impressed by the service, work ethic, and attention to detail of my 2 movers (forgive me - I do not recall their names!). Care was taken to avoid any damage to all of my belongings, but also to the doors/floors/halls of my home(s) as well. The movers showed up on time, were prepared to handle any furniture disassembly/reassembly, and worked efficiently as a team - I could tell that they were constantly communicating with each other and developing a strategy of when to load what in order to pack the truck appropriately. The temperature in my apartment on move-out day was above 80 degrees (!) and that did not seem to phase these guys one bit. Moving can be a painful process - Royal Movers definitely helped it not be so bad this time!

We experienced a smooth move in transition. The staff: Marcos, Jose, Omar, and Juan were very professional, humble & polite, and took care of our furniture by wrapping it with cloth, plastic, and tape to make sure no damage was caused. Their efficiency said a lot about them. They were on time, the speed was incredible minimizing the calculated time, very careful moving in and out through the doors and hallways, no way left any scratches, I would have screwed that out. I definitely would refer Royal Movers, LLC, and I will keep their number for my next move.

I had the most pleasant and amazing experience with royal movers, always from the start person who picked up the phone, who is very professional and pleasant to talk to, and definitely did not want to scam us. I feel like I could trust them then the day before a phone call from Carlos, I believe is the manager he was very nice and explained why we should have three men for our move to make it goes smoothly! The next day was such an amazing experience. We had three guys, their names were Kyle, Jose, and Homer! They were so nice and caring and really wanted me to see where I would like my furniture they didn’t bump any walls or do any damage they wrapped everything so nicely and placed everything exactly The way we wanted it, Even when I wanted to change some things, they were very kind of about it! They covered and protected our wood floors in our new house to make sure it wouldn’t get damaged!My overall experience was just amazing with this company and the three guys that came so down to earth the best!!!

My daughter was moving to a new garden apartment on 12/23 (one day before Christmas eve) which required making 4 stops total to retrieve and load her belongings from our family home, to a storage unit, to a friends home, and finally to her new apartment. As if this were not challenging enough, her final destination encompassed navigating 3 flights of stairs to her garden style apartment. Three (3) gentlemen (unfortunately I cannot recall their names, my sincere apologies) arrived in a timely manner and upon meeting these gentlemen they were extremely pleasant when introducing themselves to my husband and I. Being from the old school, it is extremely refreshing to see young people who exude courtesy, professionalism, and a respect for being on time as mutually agreed. They were extremely respectful of and handled my daughter's belongings with the utmost of care. In speaking with and coordinating the logistics of this move with Mr. Carlos Bonilla, he is extremely professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained Royal Movers, LLC pricing methodology, which I found to be most reasonable in comparison to many other companies offering the same services. To be provided "5 Star Best in Class Service" and at a reasonable price, is almost unheard of.
