We schedule to get moved we didn’t know how professional and fast they move Christian and crew are the boom they wrap upper furniture put the TVs in boxes care for our furniture like it was was theirs no problem moved into our new place set up the heavy furniture for us cause they knew we couldn’t do it. they are wonderful. I would recommend them to everybody Christian and crew is the best my first experience with a great crew I love it and would definitely asked for them again two thumbs 👍 👍 thanks again. MUST READ: WOW! To say that this entire experience was amazing is a severe understatement! From requesting an online quote to saying goodbye, the process rolled smoother than butter on a hot skillet. Here are some facts of my experience:1) out of 5 moving companies, their quote was the cheapest and most accurate. And cheap DOES NOT mean poor quality!2) communication was timely, respectful, and helpful! This includes the office personnel, reminders, emails, ETAs and the moving crew.3) The moving crew made Lightning McQueen look like a snail riding molasses. Think about moving a 3500 sqft home, with gym equipment, multiple rolling toolboxes, an annoying amount of small boxes, etc... jaw dropping speed.4) the moving team took exceptional care of everything I own. Items that I would have chucked in the bed of my truck, they wrapped and moved with delicacy.5) Protective items were placed in my home prior to moving anything in. They made sure to understand exactly how and where I wanted everything placed. Not to mention, the crew was genuinely great to talk to and were in high spirits. I feel like you can't find that anymore.My only regret was not remembering all of their names because I was running on 3 hours of sleep.THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart, I am thankful to all of you for making this entirely effortless on my end and giving me complete peace of mind.

I was very happy with Royal Movers from start to finish. The process was straightforward and easy. Prices were competitive and transparent. I was able to move my 1BD 1BA apartment across state lines for under $1200 based on the time and inventory. The movers, Marco and his team were professional, hard working, and very careful with my items. I have used other movers in the past but I felt this was a great experience from a price and customer service standpoint. Highly recommend and I will most likely use them again in the future!

The crew showed up on time, moved at a rapid pace and took great care of each piece of furniture. They were careful moving things into place. They helped me move out of my house to a one bedroom apartment! They were very nice, professional and super speedy! They were able to move everything under the estimated time window which was amazing 🙂 They made sure to take a look at all the items and furniture I had in each room and made sure to protect the doorways and floors. They also wrapped and protected all of the furniture in cushiony towels, plastic wrap and were so fast in taking out my huge couch and tables. I think I would definitely use them again in the future and I think the cost was great compared to other companies I had researched! Thanks again for the amazing help on the move 🙂

Freddy, Marcus, and Jose did an outstanding job helping us move in a classroom ambulance simulator for a high school in Falls Church, VA. They were hard working, punctual, respectful and efficient.I initially spoke with Carlos at Royal Movers who helped me with a last minute reschedule. I appreciated his professionalism and that he was able to help us since the company I booked initially couldn't help when the move in was rescheduled.Carlos was kind and did all he could to help me out of a bind. We had an excellent experience with Royal Movers last month. From meeting with service rep Carlos, follow up calls with Anna and Kyle and crew manager Freddie who led our packing and moving appointments, their customer service is amazing. We moved from a 4 story townhome to a single family home. The crew packed our items carefully and labeled our boxes well. On moving day, they used mats to keep our floors and stairs clean and took extra care to dissemble, wrap, move and reassemble our furniture. Our estimate and final pricing were also very reasonable. Royal Movers went above and beyond to make sure our moving needs and any concerns were met 100%. Highly recommended!

The team is elite. Don’t even bother considering another company. I’ve always moved myself with friends or family, finally hitting that age where that doesn’t make sense anymore. Shopped around with a few companies but ended up going with Royal movers because they had the best price. The crew, OUTSTANDING. These guys are professionals and treat your furniture like it’s theirs. I hired Royal Movers to move the wife and I out of a four story condo in Leesburg to a ground floor apartment in Lansdowne.The young men they sent out did an awesome job.I was going to do it all myself but decided to have the pros do it.It was the best money I have spent in a long time.These young men did more then I was expecting them to do. Freddy and his team did a great job helping to move some heavier items in my home, including a 300+ lb. washing machine. They took tremendous care of my items and were efficient and very nice to work with. Freddy and his team were our movers. They were the best! We have a lot of stuff, the accumulation of more than 25 yeras, and a lot of it is heavy. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30, carrying many boxes up and down stairs, and disassembling and later assembling. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they were wonderful. And, at the end of a very stressful day, me waking at 4 AM worried about everything, my bed was all set up again by these lovely people, and I then slept for many many hours. I hope they did too!

Customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. I can see why they were referred to me after completing a couple of moves for a local church in Vienna, Virginia. Ana, Jose, Freddy, and Juan were excellent in the execution of their roles.Ana kept me informed in the creation of the estimate and the logistics for the move. Freddy was a great communicator on the day of the move keeping me posted on locations as the move progressed. And then Juan and Jose took their time to move the piano showing their concern to take proper care of such a heavy piece of furniture.I definitely recommend Royal Movers to someone else. I also recommend that Freddy and Ana get special accommodations / recognition for their high level of customer service in leading the effort.

This team was fantastic! We had Freddy, Juan, Marcos, and Oliver helping us with a move. Nightmare scenario occurred when our couch would fit he last leg of its trip to the fourth floor. Our moving team gently and efficiently hoisted the couch up FOUR flights to our rooftop deck and brough the couch in from the top. Absolutely Amazing. We had a video but having user errors with google uploading it but here are some pictures. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Freddie and team did a fantastic job. Great communication before and during the move. All of our stuff was treated with great care, and the entire crew was friendly and respectful with us. High traffic areas were covered with mats, key doors and railings were wrapped to protect them, and here is an example of mid way in a box. All the boxes and layers are like this too.

I seldom submit reviews but these guys really deserve it. I hired Royal Movers after doing a bit of research. They've been in the moving business for a while and their rates were very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted.I am on the other side of the move, and I must say that I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received from beginning to end. I was contacted several times before the actual move to confirm my move date. I was contacted the day before the move to review the details. The morning of my move, I received a text notifying me that my movers were on the way and providing an ETA.My movers (Freddy and Edwin) did a fantastic job! They set the tone by arriving on time. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They were diligent, flexible, professional, and extremely patient (as I changed my mind several times about where certain large items should be placed). They made a very stressful event much less so.I will definitely call Royal Movers for my next move! I have already recommended Royal Movers to several friends.Thank you!

Royal Movers helped me with a multi-location move. We needed to move my parents out of their apartment in Oakton, and their home in North Carolina, to a new home in Virginia. This multi-stop move was done over the course of three days. It was carefully planned out and well executed. My mom was so worried about the stress of the move - she hadn't actually had movers involved in a move since 1981. Crew chiefs Freddie (Day 1) and Marco (Day 2) did an awesome job leading the team. They helped unpack a storage unit, move furniture into the house, assemble new pieces, and even shift appliances from the garage to their final spots so the contractor could finish his work. Lots of moving parts—and everything was handled smoothly.Once the furniture was in place, all the boxes were returned to storage and organized so my parents can easily find what they need without digging through everything. They also helped take donation items to the right location.From start to finish, the crew was efficient, thoughtful, and made a complicated move feel simple. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Royal Movers. I called midday on Friday after being stood up by another moving company and they were able to find a crew to take care of me. Freddie’s crew was nothing short of awesome - they arrived on time, took great care to make sure nothing would be damaged during the move by wrapping doorways, lining floors with walk mats and wrapping/blanketing furniture and electronics, and packed/delivered everything with efficiency. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or refer it to friends and family.

Royal Movers did a great job from start to finish with our intrastate move. I really appreciated doing a virtual video to get the initial estimate which was super close. The entire move time was ~11 hours (including ~3 hours of travel time and a lunch break). Everyone involved was very nice and accommodating. I hope I never have to move again. But if I do, Royal Movers will be the first company I call.
